    joan lives in a room o a club. the noisy makes her hardly fall asleep, so she asks to ge another room.

    stuff: good m, madam.  i help you?

    joan: yes. i'm in room 324. the room has a bad insulation. there's a night club o our room. it is very noisy. my husband and i couldn't get any real sleep last night.

    stuff: i'm terribly sorry for that, madam.
